- To solve the stitching problems after discuss with the production manager & Industrial Engineer.
- To ensure to complete the production on time with maximum efficiency.
- To make the arrangements of material as per requirement.
- To control the rejection & rework.
- To train the new workers & skilled them for multiple functions.
