Dynea Pakistan Ltd., a House of Habib Group company, is seeking an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Production for its Gadoon and Hub Plant Sites respectively, to drive production performance, process discipline, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and monitor daily production operations in line with approved targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures, process parameters, and production discipline on the shop floor.
- Analyze production performance, identify process deviations and bottlenecks, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate closely with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield optimization, waste reduction, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, and site operational policies.
- Lead and supervise production teams, ensuring effective manpower deployment and shift management.
- Prepare and review production reports, KPIs, and operational data for management review.
- Support root-cause analysis of operational issues and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
- Coordinate with planning, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (Chemical Engineering strongly preferred).
5 or more years of relevant production experience in a manufacturing or process industry.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in petrochemical, plastic, chemical, or resin-based manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs, quality systems, and continuous improvement tools.
Willingness to work in shift-based and plant-site environments.
Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/SAP exposure preferred.
