𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:-
o Will be responsible for complete supervision of designated sections.
o Ensure visual merchandising according to company’s requirements.
o Will be responsible for increasing sales & enhancing customer experience.
o Train staff on a regular basis.
o Train new hires on the standards and procedures of the company, from how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with customers.
o Lead the team and sections under one department.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:-
o 3 to 5 years of experience in a well-known fashion retail brand as a Branch Manager or in a similar capacity.
o Minimum Graduation.
o Communication, people and leadership skills are must.
o An ideal candidate should have a problem-solving, confident & energetic personality.

𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 for its 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞 in Karachi at 𝐒𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐚 𝐉𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐡 𝐈𝐜𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐥, 𝐧𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐭.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Oversee end-to-end store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
o Lead, train, and motivate the sales and operations team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
o Drive sales growth, profitability, and cost control in line with business objectives.
o Ensure exceptional customer service, professionally handling customer queries and complaints.
o Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, shrinkage, and replenishment to ensure availability.
o Implement and enforce company SOPs, VM standards, and operational policies.
o Coordinate with HO departments (HR, Supply Chain, Finance & Operations) for smooth operations.
o Ensure staff discipline, productivity, and performance management.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o 8–10 years of experience in a reputed retail brand, with at least 3–5 years in a Store Manager role.
o Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
o Strong expertise in retail operations, people management, and customer handling.
o Excellent command over MS Excel (formulas, reports, sales analysis).
o Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet business targets.
