Job Details
- Job Title: Senior Fashion Merchandiser / Fashion Merchandiser
- Location: Lahore

Key Responsibilities
- Support category planning and product assortment development based on market trends, customer behavior, and seasonal themes.
- Coordinate with Design Studio and Fabrication teams for timely and quality product development.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Retail Operations teams for campaign planning and visual merchandising execution.
- Analyze fabric requirements and maintain the development calendar to meet seasonal deadlines.
- (Senior position only) Lead merchandising strategies, mentor junior team members, and drive market research to identify new opportunities.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Marketing, Merchandising, or related field from a reputable institute.
- Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and excellent organizational and time management skills.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience with leadership exposure in fashion marketing and merchandising.

Position: Senior Assistant Visual Merchandiser
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of visual merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation and sales performance.
- Plan and implement window and in-store displays, including mannequin styling and product placement, in line with brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and quality of VM standards across South, North, and Central regions.
- Collaborate with store teams, marketing, and operations to deliver timely and effective campaign execution.
- Guide and train store and VM teams, analyze store performance, and introduce creative, trend-driven display solutions.
Qualification, Experience & Location:
- Education: Fashion Graduate from a well-reputed institute
- Experience: Two to Three years of relevant experience in the fashion / retail industry, in Visual Merchandising
- Location: South, North & Central (Multiple Regions)
