We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented “Officer – Compliance” to join our Internal Audit team. The ideal candidate will support compliance monitoring activities, assist in identifying regulatory risks and control gaps and help ensure adherence to internal policies, laws and regulations to strengthen governance and compliance within one of Pakistan’s leading and fastest-growing retail chains.
📍 Location: Head Office, Karachi.
🎓 Qualification:
- BBA / MBA – Accounting & Finance from a reputable institution.
💼 Required Experience & Skills:
- 1 to 2 years of hands proven experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, Process Documentation, SOP Development.
- Hands-on experience in SOP management, including writing, process documentation, and internal control frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, reporting tools, and compliance tracking dashboards.
- Capability to handle resistance professionally and drive change across departments.
