Brighto Paints looking for a creative and confident female professional to join our Tinting Machine Department, supporting luxury wall coatings, colour innovation, and advanced tinting technologies.
Key Responsibilities
-Maintain and manage tinting machine product databank (formulas, shades, updates)
-Support development of luxury wall coatings and premium finishes
-Research latest tinting machine technologies and global colour systems
-Assist in new shade creation and shade card development based on world trends
-Coordinate with different departments for new product launches and modifications
-Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
