Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Manager – Process Design for its Corporate Technical & Engineering Department based in Lahore.

Key Job Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process design for capital projects, ensuring accurate design basis, calculations, specifications, and engineering documents in line with applicable codes and standards.
Coordinate with Operations, Project teams, consultants, and technology licensors to resolve design issues and deliver complete basic and detailed engineering packages.
Review vendor technical proposals, equipment data, and specifications to support technically sound and cost-effective procurement decisions.
Provide process engineering support across all manufacturing sites, including troubleshooting, issue diagnosis, and bottleneck resolution.
Participate in Hazard Studies and Risk Assessments by providing process data, identifying gaps, and ensuring required actions are incorporated into design deliverables.
Support costing and budgeting activities by preparing RFQs, evaluating quotations, performing technical bid comparisons, and providing inputs for capex decisions.

Key Skills

Strong process design capabilities, including design calculations, specification development, equipment sizing, and understanding of plant layout.
Proven experience in troubleshooting, process optimization, and resolving operational issues.
Solid understanding of basic and detailed engineering workflows and design review processes.
Effective communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to influence, persuade, and drive technical decisions with confidence and clarity.
