Position :IT ANALYST
FF Steel, a leading Grade 60 Steel Bars manufacturer, having large-scale production units in Lahore & Peshawar is seeking applications from talented, passionate and energetic professionals for their IT department at Head Office.
- BSCS / BS IT / BS SE or equivalent with 3+ years of IT analysis experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role (Master’s preferred).
- The incumbent will be responsible for leading IT analysis, system improvement, and software quality assurance functions, ensuring all solutions align with business objectives and organizational standards. Duties include gathering and translating requirements into technical specifications, overseeing system documentation, managing testing processes, and ensuring compliance with SQA policies and release protocols.
- The role involves supervising IT analysts and QA engineers, fostering collaboration between departments and vendors, tracking KPIs, and reporting progress to leadership. Proficiency in SDLC and Agile methodologies, testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Postman), defect tracking (e.g., Jira), and business process mapping is essential. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope.

| PKR 110,000/- to 120,000/- | Preference will be given to those having relevant experience in the building material / construction industry. |
