- B.E in Automotive Engineering from a reputable university
- 3-4 years relevant experience ideally from Automotive.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor dealer service performance and manage monthly reports.
- Develop and implement dealers service ability improvement plan.
- Handle customer complaints, warranty approvals, and ensure timely submission of technical reports with quality.
