Help Desk Support Engineers (Customer Support) Level-1
Qualification & Skills
Location: Islamabad
Duration: 12 Months
Total Openings: (L1: 02)
Qualification: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration (with IT knowledge)
Required Experience: 1-2 years relevant Experience
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming support requests via email, phone, or ticketing system.
Log, track, and escalate issues using Help Desk software.
Assist users in resolving basic IT, software, or service-related problems.
Provide timely status updates and follow-ups on reported issues.
Coordinate with technical teams for resolution of complex cases.
Maintain user access logs and track equipment/software complaints.
Prepare weekly performance and incident reports.
Create, distribute, trace, query, and close CSR trouble tickets and conduct satisfaction surveys.
Role Overview:
Act as the first point of contact for technical queries, manage issue reporting, and ensure timely resolution or escalation as per SLA standards. This role supports both internal operations and end-user technical needs.
