WE ARE HIRING ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER – MEDIA LAHORE: 1 Position
We are looking for a skilled and proactive professional to join our team as Assistant Brand Manager – Media. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and overseeing media buying agencies across TV and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of media planning, budgeting, performance tracking, and coordination between the internal marketing team and external agencies.
EDUCATION: BBA/ MBA (with Majors in Marketing)
EXPERIENCE: 04-06 Years of Experience in media planning/ buying (agency or client-side).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day coordination with media buying agencies (TV & Digital).
- Oversee media planning, negotiation, and execution of campaigns in line with brand objectives.
- Ensure optimal media mix and budget utilization to maximize ROI.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance metrics across platforms.
- Collaborate with brand and creative teams to align media strategies with campaign goals.
- Stay updated with media trends, emerging digital platforms, and competitive activity.
- Prepare monthly and post-campaign reports for management.
REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Strong understanding of TV media planning; GRPs, ratings, and reach-frequency models.
- Proficiency in digital media buying, including Meta, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
