We are hiring Factory Manager
Key Accountabilities
- To smoothly manage operations (Production, Maintenance, Admin, Stores & Dispatch) and production planning.
- Implementation of WCM & ISO Management system.
- Effective management of Production supplies and Semi-Finished stocks.
- Ability to built EHS culture change through sustained and continuous implementation of improvement plans.
- Execution of new projects & initiatives for waste, efficiency and quality improvement.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- B.Sc./ BS Chemical/ Polymer/ Industrial/ Mechanical Engineering with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of production and processing of printing inks.
- Knowledge of EHS & Tools related to GMPs & WCM.
- Good Presentation & Communications Skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP and strong data analytics.
- Ability to lead and engage teams.
