Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Corporate Trainee Officer for its Supply Chain Department based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end coordination of international and domestic logistics, including import and export of raw materials and finished goods. Track shipments, liaise with freight partners, and ensure timely, disruption-free deliveries.
- Assist in sourcing and procurement of packaging materials by coordinating with vendors, managing follow-ups, and ensuring on-time availability for production and export requirements.
- Help monitor supply chain costs related to freight, clearance, and transportation, contributing to cost optimisation and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a link between internal teams and external partners such as transporters, clearing agents, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Prepare and verify shipping and export documentation, including vendor invoices, while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Support category integration projects, maintain shipment records, update databases, and assist in generating reports for performance tracking and decision-making.
