Junior Officer – Dispatch We are seeking dynamic and result-driven technical resource at our Plant Site – Mianwali.
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- Receive and enter authority / bilti details to generate VPS slips, ensuring timely and accurate processing on a FIFO basis.
- Issue Delivery Orders (DO) after verifying order details and quantities, maintaining accuracy between authority/bilti/ and SCM records.
- Monitor vehicle movement from entry to dispatch, including stay time, breakdowns, and driver refusals, and inform the Shift In-Charge as needed.
- Supervise cement loading at the packing plant, ensuring correct bag count, stacking pattern, brand, and MRP/FBR stamp compliance.
- Maintain and update TLA, VPS, and dispatch records in Excel and SCM systems, ensuring proper data management and weekly reporting.
