Position : PRODUCTION MANAGER
JOB REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related field
EXPERIENCE: 7+ years of progressive experience in cosmetics or personal care manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
- Oversee end-to-end production of personal care products ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards
- Develop and execute production plans aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets
- Lead and manage production teams to achieve output, quality, and cost objectives
- Collaborate with R&D, QA/QC, Supply Chain, and Engineering for seamless production operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost optimization and operational excellence
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards and conduct regular safety audits and trainings
