Job Description:
- Resolution of assigned complaints on CSM’s & ATMs within defined TAT
- Installation of ATM’s & CSM’s
- Execution of precise troubleshooting techniques
- Provision of root cause analysis for assigned tasks
- Provision of Analytical Reports & Documentation to Line Manager
