POSITION Lead Developer
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
- 7+ years of experience in software development, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong command over modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or C#).
- Familiarity with mobile app development (iOS, Android, React Native, or Flutter).
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or custom built systems) is a plus.
- Exposure to digital marketing tools and analytics-driven decision-making is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and mentor a team of front-end, back-end, and mobile developers to ensure high performance and continuous growth.
- Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using agile methodologies, ensuring timely and quality releases.
- Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, and Business teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Drive DevOps adoption, including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Ensure platform reliability, performance, and security—particularly during peak retail operations.
- Serve as the key technical escalation point for production issues and lead resolution efforts.
- Define and implement best practices for architecture, code quality, and system scalability.
