| Creativity and aesthetic sense, retail and fashion trend awareness, window and In-store display techniques, Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D software (required). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. |
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain visual displays in accordance with brand standards and seasonal themes.
- Design and execute store layouts to enhance product visibility and customer flow.
- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align displays with campaigns and launches.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
- Monitor visual merchandising performance and submit daily reports as per schedule.
- Conduct daily store visits within the city, with half-day at HQ and half-day at retail locations.
