Area Manager
| Key Accountabilities | Company: Hoechst Pakistan Ltd. |
| * Effective Product detailing following the Sales Certification Model to engage the doctors. | Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager |
| * Achievement of agreed Sales Targets within the time frame. | Location: Multiple |
| * Implementation of Marketing Strategies resulting in Return on Investment (ROI). | Contract Type: Permanent |
| * Good rapport with the Key Opinion Leaders (KOLS). | |
| * Regular updating of product/disease knowledge, selling skills and achievement of satisfactory quiz marks. | |
| * New Customer identification and development. |
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Graduate – Preferably Science Graduates [B.Sc (Pre-Medical) or Pharm-D].
- Preferably 3 to 5 years of Pharma Sales Experience.
- Experience in diabetes is mandatory. GLP and insulin experience is preferred.
- Fluent in written and verbal communication (Urdu and English).
- Strong interpersonal and creative skills.
- Ability to develop Opinion leaders as Advocate/ Speaker for the Company.
- Planning and Organizing events such as Seminars, Symposia, Round Table meetings etc.
- Willing to travel extensively.
