Education: Bachelors, Masters from HEC recognized University
Experience: 02 – 04 years in Transaction/Fraud Monitoring or Data Analytics
Department: Risk & Information Security

JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Monitor transactions & customer activities on various systems
- Register tickets for events triggered in monitoring systems on CRM
- Investigate the account according to defined guidelines and follow the process for temporary blocking
- Maintain defined TATs and KPIs
- Maintain FMU MIS & records on CRM
- Work in 24×7 rotating shifts
- Coordinate with different teams and cross functional departments for case investigations
- Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring strict compliance with information security as well as confidentiality requirements
