WE ARE HIRING MERCHANDISER
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate between design, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of collections – from concept to final delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams for smooth workflow.
- Manage fabric sourcing, sampling, and approvals.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain order records, shipments, and inventory updates.
- Support new product launches and assist with market research.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a merchandiser in the textile or fashion industry.
- Good understanding of fabrics, trims, and garment production processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP tools.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
