What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage all types of mechanical preventive, corrective & condition-based maintenance as per OEM guidelines.
- Oversee and ensure smooth operation of Utility Systems (HVAC, Air Compressors, Thermal & Water Systems).
- Ensure timely procurement & inventory control of critical spares.
- Approve and streamline purchase requisitions to avoid delays.
- Develop and enforce SOPs for smooth departmental operations.
- Implement preventive & predictive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
- Liaise with vendors for outsourced services and ensure machine & utility availability.
- Guide, mentor, and manage your team to deliver peak performance.
- Provide strategic input to management for long-term efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: BE (Mechanical).
- Experience: 7–10 years (including 3+ years in a managerial role).
- Expertise in: Mechanical maintenance & utilities operations.
- Skills:
- Leadership & team management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & maintenance systems.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
