DM / AM ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Looking for resource who can accomplish the following responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage organizational development initiatives to enhance performance and employee engagement.
- Develop and execute learning & development programs, competency frameworks, and succession planning strategies.
- Drive change management processes and support business transformation initiatives.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and implement improvement plans.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR programs with organizational goals.
- Support performance management processes and leadership development initiatives.
- Monitor talent management metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure alignment with company policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Qualification & Skills:
- Graduate / Master’s (Preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
- Strong knowledge of organizational development, learning & development, and talent management.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
Experience:
- Minimum 4-6 years related with HR preferably from automotive industry.
