DM / AM ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Looking for resource who can accomplish the following responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage organizational development initiatives to enhance performance and employee engagement.
Develop and execute learning & development programs, competency frameworks, and succession planning strategies.
Drive change management processes and support business transformation initiatives.
Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and implement improvement plans.
Collaborate with business leaders to align HR programs with organizational goals.
Support performance management processes and leadership development initiatives.
Monitor talent management metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Ensure alignment with company policies, labor laws, and best practices.

Qualification & Skills:

Graduate / Master’s (Preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
Strong knowledge of organizational development, learning & development, and talent management.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
