Job Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve financial and operational challenges proactively to ensure smooth project execution and business continuity.
- Develop, implement, and strengthen internal financial systems and controls to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
- Monitor financial operations related to land sales, project development, and vendor transactions to safeguard company assets.
- Manage project finances, including cash flow, payments, receivables, and funding requirements.
- Prepare and negotiate financial agreements related to project financing, banking facilities, and investment plans.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for infrastructure development and commercial land projects.
- Review and monitor revenue from land sales, lease agreements, and allied business activities within the LEPIC project.
- Coordinate with legal, procurement, and technical teams to ensure all financial documentation aligns with project and regulatory requirements.
- Provide periodic financial reports and analytical insights to management for effective decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with taxation, regulatory, and corporate policies applicable to real estate and construction projects.
- Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, and government authorities as needed.
- Collaborate with IT and project management teams to develop digital systems for financial reporting and operational tracking.
Required Qualification & Skills
- CA Qualified.
- 10−15 years of relevant experience in real estate, project finance, or construction-related industries.
- Strong command over financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Excellent coordination, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work proactively and meet deadlines in a dynamic project environment.
