Requirements:
- Led development and support of internal and external application services for M&P and affiliated group companies.
- Designed, implemented, and maintained robust network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Managed IT security, including information security and data protection, ensuring systems integrity through risk management and contingency planning.
- Developed and maintained IT governance frameworks, aligning IT resources with organizational goals, compliance, and risk standards.
- Analyzed business needs and delivered effective technological solutions to support operations.
- Oversaw procurement, installation, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Fostered a landed IT culture, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Managed vendor relationships, negotiated contracts, and ensured SLA compliance to meet business requirements.
- Developed and implemented disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
- Managed IT infrastructure budgets, optimizing costs while meeting service delivery expectations.
- Overseeing and managing the end-to-end delivery of IT services to clients or internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring service performance and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service integration and delivery.
- Leading problem management, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Education: Bachelors/Masters in CS, Computer Engineering
- Skills: Leadership, Risk Management, Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving
- Experience: 15 – 20 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge: IT Security, IT Governance Models, Infrastructure & Applications, Data Warehousing, Architecture & Networking, Cloud platforms & Technology, ITIL, PMP, COBIT-5, CISSP
