We Are HIRING Site Manager in Sambrial
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards, and Labour laws.
- Monitor fuel handling, storage, and sales to prevent losses and ensure accuracy.
- Manage site staff including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
•Oversee financial transactions, cash flow, and reporting to management. - Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and head office for smooth supply chain operations.
- Implement effective stock control and inventory management systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high service standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Petroleum Management, or related field).
- 3–5 years of experience in petroleum/fuel station management or retail operations.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
