WE ARE HIRING Reconciliation Officer
We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate candidate for the position of Reconciliation Officer to ensure accuracy in financial records and smooth reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving discrepancies, supporting audits, and strengthening financial controls within the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily bank & account reconciliations.
- Identify & resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Ensure accuracy of transactions and timely reporting.
- Support audits & compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with finance & operations teams for issue resolution.
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related.
- 2-4 years of reconciliation/accounting experience.
- Strong analytical & MS Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset.
- Textile industry background preferred.
