Organization: International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK)
International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for “𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀” in Production Operations who will be responsible for:
• To execute daily production plan as shared by the Shift In-charge
• To set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) before starting the production cycle.
• To check size, hardness and quality of slitting reels according to the given planning sheet.
• To check any abnormal noise/vibration, leakage /temperature of the machine during the operation.
• To maintain housekeeping of the machine and slitter hall.
• To coordinate with CERD&QA lab about slitting plan of the mother roll.
• To check the treatment side before loading the mother roll.
• To thread the film of mother roll for slitting and operate the machine according to the planning sheet.
• To adjust the knives according the reel width requirement.
• To check the quality of the film after completion of every pack i.e. hardness, treatment, slackness, scratches etc.
• To check the high edge loose winding, slip winding, wrinkles, oil drops etc., during slitting process and take corrective action accordingly.
• To ensure adjustment of width setting before start of new job as per the specifications given by the planning department.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
· Qualification: DAE (Electrical/Mechanical)
· Experience: 0-3 Years
· Candidates must be willing to work in shifts
· Must be willing to work in the challenging environment
Pick & Drop Facility (on specific routes) will be provided
