Taj Gasoline is looking for Operations Executive to join our Supply Operations team at the following locations:
📍 Shikarpur
Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise overall terminal operations, including product receipts via pipeline and tank lorries, dispatches, stock management (gain/loss), and wet stock physical reporting.
•Evaluate daily product gain/loss for all receipts; report findings to the Terminal Manager and investigate any abnormalities.
•Oversee weighbridge operations to ensure accuracy and integrity of product weights.
•Prepare monthly stock reconciliation reports in coordination with the accounts or finance team.
•Allocate loss/gain fairly among all Hospitality OMCs based on their actual throughput volumes.
•Ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards; conduct regular fire drills and keep all safety and operational equipment in working condition.
•Coordinate with logistics teams for tank lorry inspections, product sampling & quality checks, and dispatch scheduling.
•Maintain updated and accurate records of product movement, sales data, stock levels and operational activities.
•Promote teamwork and enforce safety protocols among depot and terminal staff.
•Plan and execute product loading in line with daily/weekly loading plans.
•Maintain Log Book, Gauge Book and oversee routine maintenance schedules and activities.
Requirements:
🎓 Education: Minimum graduate.
📌 Experience: 3-4 years in depot/terminal operations.
