We Are Hiring Senior Manager Nursing Islamabad
The Senior Manager Nursing is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and leading a team of nurses and healthcare staff. This role involves administrative, clinical, and leadership duties to maintain efficient workflows, compliance with healthcare regulations, and staff development.
Requirements:
BSN / Post RN BSN with 10 to 12 years experience with leading (JCI / Accreditation Canada accredited) hospitals.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising, mentoring, and evaluating nursing staff, and ensuring placement in hospitals based on patient’s workload and standards.
- Ensuring high-quality patient care, developing and implementing care plans and coordinating with other healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures and JCI/ Accreditation Canada standards.
- Provide nursing leadership and a vision for the nursing team while role modeling a team-based approach to continuous improvement and planned care.
- Leading quality improvement initiatives, conducting regular rounds, and addressing patient and family concerns.
- Advocating for patients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed, and promoting a patient centred approach to care.
