We are hiring Production Manager
Key Accountabilities
- Meet production goals by developing new ways to use resources- human, material or capital-most efficiently.
- Reviewing production orders for accuracy, Develop production schedules and duty assignments, making strategic decisions.
- Responsible for supervising and mentoring production teams.
- Monitor every stage of production, identifying new ways to save steps, time and materials in order to reduce costs.
- Follow all company policies. Serve as a safety representative to ensure safety rules, regulations and initiatives are being strictly followed.
Reporting to: Head of Operations
Location: Kasur
Contract Type: Permanent
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- University Education – Technical Engineering Degree
- Experience of 10-15 years in a starch plant preferably wet milling line, modified starch line and liquid glucose line.
- Experience of working in SAP based environment and be able to help implement SAP.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, people management & development, continuous improvement.
- Problem solving.
- Good Presentation & Communications Skills.
