Manager Systems | Islamabad
Riphah is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Manager Systems to oversee the system-side operations. The role includes management of virtualization platforms, backups, cloud hosting, and system administration-covering both Windows and Linux environments. The ideal candidate will ensure the availability, security, and performance of mission-critical infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in system administration.
- Proficient in managing Linux and Windows server environments.
- Deep understanding of VMware vCenter, Veeam Backup, AWS, and enterprise IT systems.
- Experience with scripting (Bash, PowerShell) and automation tools (Ansible preferred).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong command over virtualization and Linux/Windows system administration.
- Experience in high-availability environments and disaster recovery setups.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities under pressure.

WE ARE HIRING Executive – Marketing Outreach NCUK (Admission Office)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with student recruitment strategies in key markets
- Collaborate with admissions for clear communication on student recruitment.
- Build relationships with prospective students, parents, and influencers to achieve enrollment targets.
- Develop outreach strategies with the Marketing & Placement Manager to boost brand visibility.
- Support marketing events, school visits, and engagement activities.
- Establish and manage partnerships with educational institutions and key stakeholders.
- Participate in recruitment activities and student events in Lahore, Islamabad, and nearby regions.
- Manage partner accounts and follow up on student leads via calls and social media.
- Assist students with personal statements and the placement process.
- Provide reports on follow-ups, conversions, and enrollments.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Manager NCUK (Marketing & Placement).
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 16 years of education in Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, student counselling, or recruitment.
- A confident communicator and strategic thinker with strong relationship -building skills.
- Team player with a results-driven mindset and a passion for education.
