Deputy Manager Warehouse
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse operations in compliance with company policies to achieve customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, warehousing, and timely dispatches.
- Ensure efficient raw material management in coordination with procurement to support plant operations.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy and implement FEFO (First Expiry First Out) for raw materials and finished goods.
- Strategically plan and manage logistics and customer service operations.
- Manage VTAT (Vehicle Turnaround Time) for all vehicles at optimized levels.
- Liaise and negotiate with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners.
- Manage 3PL contractors to meet logistics requirements for product movement.
- Organize and maintain warehouse and raw material storage capacities, ensuring timely issuance to production lines.
- Plan and manage shift-wise operations, ensuring no incidents, theft, or substance abuse within the warehouse.
- Control warehouse and raw material losses by implementing problem-solving tools.
Job Requirements:
- BBA/BBA/MBA – Preferably in Supply Chain
- At least 5-7 years of experience
- FMCG experience preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage logistics and customer services operations.
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
- Maintain average VTAT of 60 Minutes for all vehicles.
- ZERO incidents & timely delivery to customers as per agreed timelines.
- Liaise and negotiate with third party logistics.
- Keep track of all vehicles and ensure costs efficient logistics movement.
- Arrange vehicles as per sales demand for timely delivery to customers.
- Address all issues related to logistics.
- Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Comply with NHA laws & regulations and ensure safe delivery to valued customers.
Job Requirements:
- BBA/MBA with majors in Supply chain or Management
- 5 years of logistics experience in FMCG, preference will be given to candidates with beverage experience

We Are HIRING Warehouse Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure vehicles are loaded according to demand and the First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) principle.
• Conduct a 100% daily stock count of all liquid products and maintain accurate inventory sheets.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies between physical stock and SAP records.
• Maintain the hygiene of warehouse floors, products, and walls at all times.
• Manage damages within warehouses to minimize losses and meticulously record all losses and damages.
• Ensure vehicles are loaded within the specified time period to manage Vehicle Turnaround Time (VTAT).
• Resolve daily operational issues and coordinate with the production team regarding any discrepancies.
• Prepare SAP data and reports, such as stock reports, as assigned by the line manager.
• Assign duties to warehouse staff and manage their leaves and Time Trax data.
• Maintain accurate records of empty asset returns during each shift.
• Ensure that only washed and cleaned pallet sheets are issued to production.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelors- Preferably having computer skills
• 4< Years • FMCG
