Requirements:
- Experience: 4–5 years in a relevant industry
- Previous Role: Sr. Aftersales Engineer or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing commercial and technical aspects with clients
- Hands-on experience with UPS systems up to 100KVA
- Strong background in Spare Parts Sales and Service Revenue generation
- Demonstrated success in AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
- Emphasis on new customer development and fostering relationships
- Proficiency in leading a team of 4–5 technical staff directly
