Procon Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (Master Group of Companies) is inviting applications for the position of a Medical Officer (MBBS Doctor) at its factory located in Port Qasim, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary medical care to employees, addressing occupational health concerns and general medical issues.
- Respond to workplace accidents or emergencies and provide first aid/stabilization.
-Monitor and report on health trends and recommend preventive health programs. - Coordinate with external healthcare providers for specialized treatment when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable health regulations.
- Educate employees on hygiene, wellness, and disease prevention.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBBS degree from a PMDC-recognized institution (valid registration required).
Good diagnostic and emergency response skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Familiarity with occupational health and industrial medical practices is preferred.
Experience:
5–6 years of clinical experience (factory/industrial medical experience is a plus).
