Responsibilities:
- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, company policies, and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs).
- Handle disciplinary actions, workplace investigations, domestic inquiries, and grievances professionally.
- Liaise effectively with labor unions, government bodies, legal advisors, EOBI, and SESSI authorities.
- Prepare and draft official letters, memos, and communications related to employee relations and industrial relations matters.
- Maintain accurate and detailed employee records, reports, and documentation for legal and regulatory purposes.
- Support management during audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Conduct awareness and training sessions on labor rights, company policies, and ethical workplace behavior.
- Assist HR in resolving employee disputes and fostering a positive, cooperative work environment.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in industrial relations, preferably within a unionized textile or manufacturing environment.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, the Factories Act, industrial regulations, and EOBI and SESSI procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex industrial relations challenges with professionalism.
- Proficient in drafting official correspondence and documentation
