Manager Engineering & HSSE (Depot Operations) Experience: 4-6 years in terminal/fuel depot operations (OMC). Education: BSc / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

JOB PURPOSE: To ensure the safe, efficient and compliant operation of all engineering systems and HSSE functions at the oil storage terminal. This role combines mechanical/electrical supervision with the enforcement of Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental regulations as per OGRA and other regulatory bodies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: A. Engineering Operations Supervise and ensure the maintenance of terminal equipment: pumps, motors, valves, pipelines, meters, tank gauges, fire-fighting systems, and generators. Ensure compliance with OGRA-approved engineering drawings and terminal layout. Support loading/unloading operations by ensuring equipment availability and functionality.
B. HSSE Compliance Implement and monitor terminal safety procedures (SOPs). Ensure strict adherence to OGRA, Department of Explosives, and EPA guidelines. Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification (HAZID/HAZOP). Monitor HSE KPIs such as near misses, LTI (Lost Time Injuries), and incident reports. Familiarity with OGRA, Department of Explosives, EPA rules.
