Sales Manager (Power Solutions – Diesel Generators)
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with proven technical acumen in Power Solutions – Diesel Generators
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of diesel generator sets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop business opportunities in sectors such as Telecom, Defense, Oil & Gas, Construction etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients and consultants.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and technical presentations to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with application, technical, and after-sales teams for project execution.
Qualification and Experience: Education: Minimum B.E.in Electrical Engineering or relevant field. Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in the power generation or industrial equipment sector
Prerequisites:
- Proven experience in B2B industrial or institutional sales.
- Strong understanding of diesel generator applications and sizing.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or sales reporting tools is a plus.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
