𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 – 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Ensure quality control and product testing in accordance with industry standards and customer specifications.
o Monitor and maintain the overall quality of the manufacturing process in the apparel sector
o Conduct regular inspections during production to detect any issues and ensure products meet set quality standards.
o Collaborate with the production and design teams to implement corrective actions for any quality discrepancies.
o Manage and execute various testing procedures, including fabric, stitching, and finishing tests to ensure product durability and appearance.
o Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards for apparel products.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Experience: 2-4 years in QA within the apparel industry.
o Solid understanding of quality control methodologies, testing procedures and techniques used in apparel manufacturing.
o Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and knowledge of ISO standards related to quality control.
o Hands-on experience with tools and equipment used for fabric and garment testing.
o Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
