Job Requirements

1. Minimum four years bachelor’s degree from a HEC recognized Local/Foreign University. Preference will be given to the candidates holding a master’s degree in finance/accounts.
2. Minimum 03 years of experience in a similar function/industry.
3. Understanding of customer ledgers, invoices, receivables, refunds & doubtful debts in an SAP environment.
4. Proven experience as a customer support specialist, preferably within a similar environment.
5. Display strong conflict resolution abilities and maintain impartiality.
6. Results-oriented professional, with the ability to drive projects independently from the inception to execution stages.
7. Interpersonal and communication skills.
