Job Responsibilites: • Assist in quotation collection, and comparative analysis • Prepare and process purchase orders (POS) • Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials and resolve any delays or issues • Work closely with the Accounts Department to track and ensure timely payments to suppliers • Maintain and update procurement records, price lists, supplier data, and payment schedules • Collaborate with relevant departments for material requirements and delivery alignment • Learn to operate ERP/procurement systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly procurement and payment status reports
Requirements: • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration • Fresh to 1 year experience
