JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow market share.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on achievements and areas for improvement.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand into untapped markets, and maintain strong relationships with retailers and stores.
- Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of the Lahore market and existing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics in the Industry.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in FMCG sector.
