Job Role & Requirements
- Maintain and optimize Azure DevOps Server for source control, build, and release management
- Develop and support CI/CD pipelines for .NET and other applications hosted on Windows environments
- Automate application deployments to Windows Server (IIS) using PowerShell or deployment tools
- Troubleshoot, build/release issues, environment conflicts, and deployment failures
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate and standardize build, test, deploy processes
- Keep infrastructure documentation and automation scripts up to date to ensure consistent configuration and deployment
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of on-premises servers and hosted services

Job Role & Requirements
- Develop and implement IT presales strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead and manage the IT pre-sales team, ensure efficient solutions and create proposals
- Work with sales team to qualify customer requirements and design IT solutions to meet their requirements
- Analyze customer IT infrastructure and propose appropriate solutions covering areas such as Cloud, Networking, Cybersecurity, Data Centers, Software Solutions, and Enterprise IT
- Conduct technical workshops, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and product demonstrations for customers
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive IT solutions
- Prepare RFPs, RFIs, and technical proposals, inline with customer expectations
- Maintain a repository of technical documentation, case studies, and best practices for engagements
- Assist in pricing and cost estimates for IT solutions
- Work closely with sales, and product teams to drive business growth
