TheCitySchool is looking to fill the position of Officer Administration at Satellite Town Nursery Campus, Rawalpindi.

Responsibilities:

To maintain inward & outward mail registers, e-mail records, circulars and memos.
To receive telephone calls and maintain out-station telephone calls and fax records.
To ensure the cleanliness of the School and take necessary measures to maintain good environment, safety (evacuation drills, emergency exit plan, first aid box etc.) and hygiene conditions (changing of water filters, cleanliness in canteen and toilets etc.).
To maintain Peon Book. All letters delivered through peon must be mentioned in the Peon Book.
To organize infrastructural arrangements for parent teacher meetings and other school functions.
To assist School Head and coordinate with Regional Office at the time of branch merging (if required).
To arrange and maintain appropriate stocks of Printed and Consumable Stationery for smooth running of school operations; hence responsible for maintaining printed stationery stock register & consumable stationery stock register.
To maintain and organize record room and ensure its cleanliness.
To ensure that Visitor Register is updated and accurate.
To perform outdoor duties and handle transport and travel arrangements.
To ensure that vehicle log books are updated and accurately filled.
To manage/carry out the photocopy/stencil machine work and maintain its records.
To receive and record all legal/government agency notices.
To liaison with QA and Inspection teams at the time of QA / Inspection visits.
Any other task assigned by the management.
