Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HV/LV electrical systems across the entire depot, ensuring full functionality and compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee the night-time charging operations of electric buses and monitor energy consumption reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance and operation of depot equipment including CCTV systems, generators, transformers, and workshop machinery.
- Supervise and maintain Karcher bus washing plants, ensuring all buses are cleaned and systems upgraded when necessary.
- Allocate and schedule daily electrical maintenance tasks, ensuring workforce efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Coordinate closely with Supply Chain and Operations for smooth intra-departmental workflow and resource availability.
- Prepare monthly maintenance and cost consumption reports, and lead training programs for continuous staff development.
