𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐭.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Take embroidery programs from merchants and plan the embroidery requirements accordingly.
o Negotiate embroidery rates with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
o Share detailed and timely plans with the Senior Merchandiser to align on timelines and expectations.
o Coordinate with multiple vendors for outsourcing embroidery work to ensure the smooth flow of production.
o Ensure there are maximum vendors available for outsourcing embroidery, ensuring work can proceed without delays.
o Oversee the quality and timely delivery of outsourced embroidery work.
o Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure all specifications are met.
o Address any issues with the embroidery process and find solutions to ensure deadlines are met.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Proven experience as an Embroidery Merchant, Merchandiser, or similar role in the apparel industry.
o In-depth knowledge of embroidery processes, techniques, and vendor management.
o Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple vendors and ensure cost-effective solutions.
o Excellent communication skills to coordinate with different teams and vendors.
o A proactive approach with excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
o Knowledge of quality control and production timelines.
