AGM Production
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Assist GM Production in ensuring quality production, minimizing losses, and optimizing sugar processing operations.
- Plan, coordinate and control production activities with optimal performance.
- Implement cost-saving measures, including optimizing chemical consumption and material usage, work for steam and power saving.
- Maximize plant capacity utilization for crushing and production.
- Ensure implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules and regulations.
Ideal candidate must have:
BE Chemical/M.Sc Chemistry or equivalent and minimum 10-15 years of related experience of Sugar Industry.

Assistant/Deputy Engineer Instrument
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Optimize control system performance to meet production targets.
- Conduct advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting for critical equipment.
- Support design, installation, and commissioning of upgraded instrumentation systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols during maintenance activities.
- Utilize knowledge of advanced control systems and instrumentation software.
- Resolve issues with field instruments, PLCs, DCS, and automation systems.
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or Equivalent, with minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Sugar Industry. Local candidates will be preferred.

Assistant Shift Chemist
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Support the shift chemist in ensuring smooth sugar manufacturing operations.
- Inspect the process operation to ensure all parameter are set.
- Assist the shift chemist in equipment maintenance, testing, and trials.
- Maintain cleanliness/hygiene in bagging house, spray ponds, process house and surrounding areas.
- Ensure safety procedure are followed at process house.
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Equivalent, with minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the Sugar Industry. Local candidates will be preferred.
