Position : Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and enthusiastic Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) to join our growing team. As an MTO, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to take on future leadership roles within the company.
Qualification Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience Required: A fresh graduate or up to 1 year of work experience.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Participate in structured training and development programs.
- Work closely with department heads and senior managers to gain hands-on experience.
- Analyze business processes and suggest improvements.
- Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating departmental projects.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on performance data.
- Shadow senior staff to understand the business operations.
- Take part in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
