WE’RE HIRING Department Manager Security – Warehouse
JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for managing and enforcing security protocols within the warehouse to ensure the safety of personnel, goods, and property. Oversees security staff, monitors surveillance systems, and implements loss prevention measures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and supervise warehouse security personnel.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Supervise CCTV, access controls, and alarm systems.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Investigate security breaches and coordinate with law enforcement if needed.
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Train staff on security awareness and emergency response.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Proven experience in security management, preferably in a warehouse/logistics environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
- Knowledge of security systems and surveillance technologies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) preferred.
