Qualifications
- 2 – 3 years of relevant experience preferably from FMCG industry
- Bachelors or equivalent HEC recognized degree
Knowledge and skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties To assist in achieving departmental objectives through;
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across business and support functions.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals and direct outreach.
- Screen job applications, conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further assessments.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure timely communication and feedback to all stakeholders.
- Prepare recruitment reports and analytics.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, career fairs and campus recruitment drives.
- Stay up to date with hiring trends and best practices, particularly in the Food and Beverages and FMCG sectors.
